Helpful Tips For Making Great Coffees

Short Black Long Black Macchiato

Short Black

1 shot or 30ml espresso coffee in a small cup, sugar if desired

Long Black

1 shot or 30ml espresso coffee in a medium to large cup,  topped up with hot water, and a dash of milk and sugar if desired

Macchiato

1 shot or 30ml espresso coffee in a small cup, a dollop of hot frothy milk, sugar if desired
Latte Cappuccino Flat White

Latte

1 shot or 30ml espresso coffee in a medium to large cup, topped up with aerated hot milk, 1cm of froth, sugar if desired

Cappuccino

1 shot or 30ml espresso coffee in a medium to large cup, remaining should be 50% hot milk, 50% froth and chocolate sprinkled on top, sugar if desired

Flat White

1 shot or 30ml espresso coffee in a medium to large cup, topped up with hot milk, sugar if desired
Mocha Latte Hot Chocolate  

Mocha Latte

1 shot or 30ml espresso coffee, 1 heaped teaspoon powdered drinking chocolate in a medium to large cup, topped up with aerated hot milk, 1cm of froth, sugar if desired

Hot Chocolate

Dissolve 2 tsp powdered drinking chocolate in hot water, remaining should be 50% hot milk, 50% froth and chocolate sprinkled on top, sugar and marshmallow if desired
